• Preparing a remedy for colds and sore throats.
• Shucking and pounding rosemary to prepare for distilling.
• Having mystery bags of herbs to smell and finding their properties and uses as remedies.
• Discovering the many unexpected uses of mice, frogs and snails!
• Looking at bay, rosemary, sage, plantain, lavender, and cypress, the plants that were available in season and their properties as a Tudor lady would know them.
