Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Instalments Policy April 2024 Regulation 69B, CIL Regulations 2010 (as amended)
Charging Authority
The charging authority is Epsom and Ewell Borough Council. This instalment policy has been prepared and published in accordance with regulation 69B of the Community Infrastructure Levy Regulations 2010 (as amended).
Date of effect
From the 1 April 2024 the following CIL Instalments Policy will apply. This updated instalment policy was approved by the Licencing and Planning Policy Committee on 18 January 2024.

Prior to the revised Instalment Policy coming into effect on the 1st April 2024, the CIL Instalments Policy adopted on July 2014 will continue to apply
Date of withdrawal
This CIL Instalments Policy took effect on 1 July 2014. It will cease to apply after 1 April 2024.
