Epsom & Ewell Council will be holding a landlords forum on Monday 23 September to give landlords an opportunity to find out more about the Council’s private sector lease scheme and the rent deposit scheme, which help us to find homes for local people who approach the Council for help.The forum will also give you an opportunity to hear from the National Residential Landlord’s Association (NRLA) and the housing team on legislative changes and licensing requirements and the Department of Work & Pensions (DWP) regarding Universal Credit (UC) and other related payments.Refreshments will be provided.
