Do you know someone who's not online? Do you struggle with the basics and find it difficult to get the information you need when you need it? Or are you struggling with your confidence in using digital and just need some support to get to the next level in your digital journey? Your Surrey Libraries Digital Welfare Support team can help you, or someone you know, by providing 1-to-1 support on a number of digital issues.Digital queries often include: setting up or using an email address, using Surrey Libraries resources, where to learn more and practice to continue your digital journey, get to grips with a new device, use Microsoft Office programs (basics), and much, much more!We aim to support you to get online or develop your confidence so you can embrace everything the digital world has to offer. We help you to build your skills at one-off or repeated sessions, depending on what suits you. Computers will be available to use so that you can practice and develop your skills.1-to-1 20 minute sessions are available to book on a first-come-first-served basis by contacting staff at Ewell or Epsom Library, emailing the branches ewell.library@surreycc.gov.uk(link sends e-mail) or epsom.library@surreycc.gov.uk(link sends e-mail), or contacting the library service by phone on 03456 009 009 (option 6) and asking for either branch, Monday-Saturday, 9:30am-5pm (Please note, Ewell Library is closed on a Monday).Find out more about the project here(link is external) or find a list of future events here Sessions start at 10am, running into the afternoon.
