As part of our Budget and Policy Framework, we adopt a corporate Four Year Plan and other strategies. These documents help ensure we engage with our stakeholders, and direct our resources in such a way that public money is safeguarded, properly accounted for and used economically, efficiently and effectively.
Four Year Plan
The council approved its Four Year Plan 2020 to 2024 in January 2020. The Plan aligns with the long term vision for Epsom and Ewell by adopting the five Future40 themes, with the addition of 'Effective Council'. This is our key strategic document, which highlights what we'll deliver over the plan period. The six themes are:
