Town Hall

CLOSED: Due to the latest government restrictions, the Town Hall is now closed to walk-in visitors from Thursday 5 November until further notice.

Wellbeing Daycare Closed

Due to the latest national guidelines, sessions will not be running for the forseeable future.

Car Parks

All running and operating as normal with the exception of the Old London Road Car Park (also known as the Top Car Park) and the Hyperion Car Park at Epsom Downs which remain closed.

Parks and open spaces

Parks and open spaces remain open and park gates will continue to close half an hour before sunset. Please remember to follow the government's social distancing guidance when visiting our parks and open spaces.

Epsom Downs Minor changes In order to manage the threat of COVID-19, different arrangements have been instigated on Epsom and Walton Downs - please see this page for more information. The toilet facilities at Epsom Downs remain closed for the forseeable future.

Epsom Market

The Thursday and Saturday markets will continue to run under new national restrictions but without non-food stalls. Fast food outlets will be takeaway only.

  • The Antique Bric a Brac Market on Sunday 15 November is cancelled
  • The Vegan Market (food only) will take place on Sunday 22 November and Sunday 20 December
  • The Farmers Market will take place on Sunday 15 November and Sunday 6 December
  • The French Market (UK-based traders) will take place on Fridays

Other council venues

Community & Wellbeing Centre Closed

All classes have been suspended. Higher needs clinic will not resume for the duration of the higher restrictions. The Foot clinic will continue to run.

Bourne Hall Part-closed Ewell Library is open for 'click and collect' and book drop only. The rest of the venue, including museum, cafe and toilets remain closed. For more information, visit the Bourne Hall website.

Harrier Centre Closed Indoor activities and outside track activities have been suspended with the exception of school sports sessions.
Hook Road Arena Closed Closed until further notice

Group activities such as countryside volunteering has been suspended until further notice. Individual litter picks continue to be supported.
