Town Hall

The Town Hall is open for limited services only between 9am and 12 noon on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays each week.

Car Parks

Ashley Centre car park - The Ashley Centre car park is now open, however spaces may be limited due to safety measures in place following the recent fire. Alternative parking is available throughout the Town Centre. 

COVID-19 NHS/Care Permits: These permits are no longer valid within our car parks or in restricted parking locations on-street. For more information, please see this page on our website.

All other car parks are running and operating as normal with the exception of the Old London Road Car Park (also known as the Top Car Park) and the Hyperion Car Park at Epsom Downs which remain closed.

Parks and open spaces

Parks and open spaces are open as usual. Please remember to follow the government's social distancing guidance when visiting our parks and open spaces.

Epsom Downs Minor changes In order to manage the threat of COVID-19, different arrangements have been instigated on Epsom and Walton Downs - please see this page for more information. The toilet facilities at Epsom Downs remain closed for the foreseeable future.

Other council venues

Community & Wellbeing Centre Part-closed

Only a limited number of classes and the foot clinic are still running. Community Tennis outside in MUGA area will run from Monday 29 March.

Bourne Hall Open

Hook Road Arena Open Available for hire, please visit this page for more information. 
Harrier Centre Open Available for hire with the exception of drop in sessions. The indoor hall is available for children's parties only.

Group activities up to six persons (such as countryside volunteering) can take place subject to new guidance.
