Amendments to the Community Infrastructure Regulations in 2019 require any local authority which receives developer contributions to publish online an Infrastructure Funding Statement (IFS). The Council published it's first statement for the financial year 2019/20 and will produce subsequent statements annually. The IFS contains information on CIL monies and Section 106 agreements along with an ‘infrastructure list’ setting out the infrastructure projects or types which the Council intends to fund wholly or partly by the levy. This infrastructure list replaces the previous Regulation 123 List.
