We have a number of studies that are being reviewed and updated to support the emerging Local Plan.

Epsom Town Centre Masterplan Consultation 24 November 2023 – 22 December 2023

Following our consultation in summer 2022, when we heard from 1,979 members of the public and interested parties, the Council consulted on a draft masterplan for the town centre for a period of 4 weeks. This masterplan will be treated as an "evidence base" document to support the emerging Local Plan (which covers the entire borough), guiding principles behind development of the town centre in years to come. It includes guidelines for developers, investors and infrastructure providers about specific major development sites and more generally, including suggested highways and public space improvements. Click here for more information
