Sport and exercise really should be for everyone! We are passionate about seeing people of all ages benefit from increased physical activity.

Epsom Strength and Balance online Classes: 

Mondays 10:30 -  11:15am beginners ESB at home (Otago) zoom class (£6). A class to improve strength of legs and your balance. For more information please email

Tuesdays 11:15–12pm Zoom Arms A class for upper body exercises (wrists, arms, shoulders and trunk) £12 or £40 for  a block of 4 classes. For more information please email

Wednesdays 11:30–12:15 mixability ESB at home (Otago) zoom class £6. A more advanced class to improve strength of legs and your balance.For more information please email
