Sport and exercise really should be for everyone! We are passionate about seeing people of all ages benefit from increased physical activity.

Epsom Strength and Balance online Classes: 

ESB at home (Otago) zoom class for beginners (£6) are held on Mondays at 10:30 - 11:15am. This is a class to improve strength of legs and your balance. For more information please email epsomstrengthandbalance@gmail.com

The Otago mixed ability class is held on Wednesdays at 11:30am on zoom and costs £6. This is a class to improve strength of legs and your balance. For more information please email epsomstrengthandbalance@gmail.com

ESB live is a group face-to-face class which has returned on Wednesdays 11:30–12:15pm blended with ESB at home (Otago).  This live class costs £7 when booking 8 classes or £6 for a zoom class.  This mixed ability class helps you improve your leg strength and balance.

Thursdays 10–10:45am Zoom Arms which is a class to improve your upper body strength and the flexibility of your wrists, arms, shoulders and trunk.  Cost £12 or £40 for  a block of 4 classes. For more information please email zoomarms@gmail.com
