Interruptions to some recycling and glass collections
We regret that some of our services were disrupted last week due to significant staff sickness levels.
We regret we will be unable to return to return to empty these bins/boxes until your next scheduled collection day this week. At that time we will also collect excess recycling and glass if left out in bags/boxes next to your bins.

Frozen waste in bins
During the recent very cold weather we have found that waste has been frozen inside some bins, meaning that it sticks inside and will not empty. We are sorry if this happened to your bin.
Real Christmas tree collections
In January we offer free real Christmas tree recycling for all residents.
This is a fortnightly service - check your Christmas bin label for details of when real Christmas tree collections happen in your road.
Remove all decorations and leave your real Christmas tree next to your bins on your real Christmas tree recycling day.
Don't cut up your tree - it's easier for us to collect whole.
