We will remove racist or obscene graffiti by the end of the next working day. Other graffiti will be removed as resources allow. To report a graffiti incident in the borough to us, please use our form above, or telephone Customer Services on 01372 732000.

It is our responsibility to remove graffiti on highways and public land. In relation to private property and garages, we will only remove graffiti that is obscene and/or racist provided access is possible and the property owner must sign a disclaimer form. In relation to telephone and cable junction boxes, we request that the owners undertake the removal (see contact details below) unless the graffiti is obscene or highly offensive in which case we will undertake removal.

Offensive or racist graffiti will be dealt with within 24 hours of being reported and usually on the same day as the report is received. If the graffiti is offensive please notify us on 01372 732000

If you witness anybody carrying out graffiti or acts of vandalism, please contact the non-emergency Police number 101 or 01483 571212 (Surrey Police).
