Regular users of the car park have the option to purchase Regular Parker cards. These replace the current weekly tickets that are available. The Regular Parker card allows you to park at a discounted rate on each visit.

An annual fee of £10 is payable.

On current tariffs for Hook Road car park this would be as follows:

3 to 5 hours	£3.20	£2.40
Over 5 hours	£4.20	£3.20

You can also load money onto your card so you do not have to go to the pay station every time you use the car park.

How to apply

To obtain a Regular Parker card you may apply online using the link below or contact Customer Services to request an application form. Cards will be valid until 31 March.

Lost Cards

It is important that a lost card is reported to Customer Services immediately so the card can be deactivated. You can do this either by telephone Monday to Friday during office hours on 01372 732000 or by email at any time to contactus@epsom-ewell.gov.uk.

Please note if a replacement card is required a charge of £10 will be applied. If you have credit on the lost card, only the balance at the time of notification will be transferred to a new card.
