The policy team are working on the production of a number of Local Plan documents. Once adopted these will form part of the Development Plan for the Borough. Documents are produced in accordance with Government Regulations. Emerging policy documents are a material consideration in the determination of planning applications. The amount of 'weight' given to a document depends on how developed it is.

Site Allocations Document	The consultation on the Housing Site Allocations Consultation Paper (pdf - 8.53mb) closed on Monday 24 October 2011.
