The Council has a dedicated Leisure and Youth Development Officer who works in partnership with a number of local organisations and agencies to provide a wide range of activities for the young people of the Borough, as specified in the Borough Youth Plan. The Leisure and Youth Development Officer is a member of the Leisure Developments team who co-ordinate sport and leisure opportunities within the Borough.
Surrey County Council's Youth Development Service work throughout the county and have a dedicated team of youth workers, led by a Youth Development Officer that covers Epsom & Ewell. The Youth Development Service primarily work with young people aged 13-19 (up to 25 for those with special needs) to address any identified needs. The Youth Development Service runs the youth centres and projects within the Borough.
