Swimming is not only great exercise but also an important life skill.

Then booking on to the women only swimming course might be just what you need!
The programme is designed for women who would like to increase their confidence swimming, learning in a safe environment. Nobody else will have access to the pool or changing facilities during your lesson, nor will they be able to see into the pool area to watch the session.
The sessions will hold a maximum of 12 adults. Two friendly and highly qualified female swimming instructors will teach the lessons and are both very experienced at teaching beginners.
The length of time it takes to teach a non-swimmer depends on each person and to help take away that fear factor, the instructor will accommodate each individuals' needs. Remember that others on the course will also feel anxious about learning to swim so you will not be alone.
Courses are 6 week terms with sessions on Thursdays. Improver sessions run from 12pm - 12.45pm, beginner sessions run from 12.45pm - 1.30pm. There is also a Ladies Only Aqua Courses which run on a Tuesday, 11.45am - 12.45pm.
Both courses take place at Linden Bridge School, near Tolworth. At the end of the six weeks, ladies can renew their booking until they feel confident enough to continue without the support of the instructors.
