Epsom & Ewell Borough Council has many areas of open space and recreation grounds available for hire.
Generally these hirers are charitable groups wishing to hold a summer fete or similar event, but sometimes they are commercial organisations wishing to hold large outdoor functions for the benefit of the general public.

All organisations will need to sign an agreement covering the conditions of hire, provide a risk assessment and supply a copy of their public liability insurance to the value of £10,000,000. Any damage caused to the site will be assessed and may be re-charged to the hirer. A Public Entertainment Licence may be required.
