Did you know that you can text the Council? Text us on 07950080202.
The service will allow you to contact Epsom & Ewell Borough Council with any general enquiries about Council services. The introduction of ‘texting’ is another way of improving access to services and information across the Council.
Texting also helps improve access to our services for customers with hearing impairments.
What is text messaging?
Text messaging, or Short Message Service (SMS), is a text based messaging service for mobile phones. SMS messages can be sent between mobile phones and can also be sent from the World Wide Web. The number of characters in the message is usually 160 characters.

Unfortunately, this facility is not available at the moment.
How much will my text message cost to send?

Where does my text message go?
Your text message will go directly to Epsom & Ewell Borough Council's Customer Services Contact Centre. Customer Service Officers will either resolve your enquiry and respond by text or they will pass on your message to the relevant department.
