When an election is held in the Borough, each ward has a polling station allocated to enable voters to cast their vote in person.
You be sent a poll card that contains information about the election several weeks before polling day. Your poll card will tell you the type of election being held, the date of the election, the hours of polling and the address of your polling station.
If you do not receive a poll card, or are not clear as to where your polling station is located, you can either contact us before close of poll on election day or you can look up the location of your polling station via the My Epsom & Ewell section of our homepage.
If you have registered to vote by post or proxy, you will also receive information before polling day confirming that you will be voting by post or proxy at that election.
The Epsom & Ewell Parliamentary constituency consists of the whole of the Borough of Epsom & Ewell plus the Ashtead wards from Mole Valley District Council and the Nork and Tattenhams wards from Reigate & Banstead Borough Council.
If you are a resident of either the Mole Valley or Reigate & Banstead wards and you have not received a poll card you must contact your local Council directly to check if you are registered. Although the Returning Officer for the parliamentary constituency is located at Epsom & Ewell Borough Council, the registration of voters remains the responsibility of your local Council.
