Members of the public are entitled to speak at committee meetings. If you would like to speak at a committee please contact the relevant committee administrator by phoning 01372 732000.

If you have any problems accessing information via this page, please contact the Council on 01372 732000.

Please be aware that the recommendations contained in an Agenda do not necessarily represent the final decision of the Committee or the Council and you are advised to view the Minutes. You should also be aware that not all planning applications are considered at committee level; the majority are dealt with by Officers under delegated powers. Minutes of the Planning Committee will normally be available within seven working days of a meeting. For further information on planning matters please refer to the link to the Planning and Building Control page below.

The Council doesn't work in isolation but with a number of partners to deal with issues which affect the Borough via the Local Strategic Partnership. For further information on the work of the Partnership, including Agendas and Minutes of meetings, please refer to the link to the Local Strategic Partnership page below.

The Council is also committed to Surrey First, a shared services project that examines ways to improve joint working and increase efficiency between the 12 Surrey Councils and the Surrey Police.

Further information on this project and copies of the Agendas and Minutes of meetings of the Joint Committee are available on the Surrey Local Government Association website.

Surrey County Council's Local Committee for Epsom & Ewell considers a number of issues of importance to residents of the Borough, including highways, transportation and rights of way. Further information on the Committee and copies of the Agendas and Minutes of its meetings are available on the Surrey County Council Local Committee website.
